About Us

The Mudgee Christian Bookshop began trading in 1980 after a Management Committee was formed consisting of representatives from the various local Christian Churches. The goal has always been to provide Christian literature and products to the local community with our location in the central business area of Mudgee. Our vision is to see Christ and the Gospel presented in every area possible through our community and district. All profits go back into restocking and the expenses associated with maintaining our business. We represent the face of Christianity in our town and CBD.

Our stock lines include books, music, gifts and cards. Our extensive range of Bibles is our specialty! Our customer's needs and satisfaction are our priority, so personal service is important to us. Our services also include a DVD Hire Library and a Second-Hand section where we sell donated second hand Christian books.Staffed by volunteers from our local Christian Churches and run by a Manager, appointed by the Committee of Representatives from these churches, the Mudgee Christian Bookshop is a non-denominational ministry and a continual witness that God is alive, and he cares for His people.

We gather together essential literature, music and gift ideas and make them available where they may not otherwise be offered for sale. 

We minister to the searching, the hurting and encourage committed Christians.
